Private events

THE DETAILS:

  • Types of events: military hail and farewell, holiday parties, employee appreciation, board meetings, retirement parties, baby/wedding showers, wedding/rehearsal dinners, birthdays, high school reunions, MeetUp events, etc.

  • Private bartender available

  • We can accommodate up to 150 people

  • Choose a food truck from our preferred food vendors list or bring in outside caterer for extra fee of $75 

  • No additional charge to provide your own food for the event. No food is allowed to be distributed or sold to Truck Stop customers not in attendance

  • Self-serving, non-alcoholic drink station can be provided by HTS for an additional fee of $50

  • Includes 4 non-alcoholic beverages. (Tea, Lemonade, Water, Sodas)  

  • HTS will provide all set up (choose floor plan option ahead of time) and breakdown of tables and chairs. Decor and trash pick up will be completed by the party host. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the private event space is not left the way it was before your event.

  • NO SMOKING

  • NO CONFETTI (unless biodegradable)

  • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
