BARTENDERS:

THE ROLE

We are searching for a dependable individual that is motivated and loves making people feel included and welcome. You must be willing and able to hold a conversation with a variety of different people. Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our specifications and the specifications of the guest at the bar and in the dining area. Entering and tendering said drinks into our POS System. Be able to print sales tickets and receive payment from our guests. To be able to count back change efficiently and correctly. Keep the bar stocked and prepared at all times while providing clean, friendly and attentive service. Adhere to our team standards and state regulations. The ability to read and control crowds of people efficiently with the help of your team and our staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintaining a clean space
Making sure to be fully stocked with garnishes, ice, liquor before, during and after your shift
Follow opening and closing stocking lists/regulations
Create a fun and friendly atmosphere for our patrons and regulars
The ability to count back change correctly
Utilize a POS System correctly after undergoing training

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Great communication and customer service skills
The ability to multitask effectively
Friendly demeanor

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent (Required)

THE ROLE

We are searching for a dependable individual to ensure that the bartender has everything they need during service to keep everything running smoothly: clean glasses, make sure there's enough garnishes, liquor, beer and spirits, ice cubes, etc. You will also be responsible for keeping the service area tidy (cleaning up spills and broken glasses) and running to the walk-in to restock whatever’s running low.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock beer and spirits
Keep the garnishes stocked
Clean service area when needed
Wash glasses and dishware
Keep ice bins full
Take out trash and recyclables
Wiping down and flipping tables
Replenishing bar glasses
Helping the bartender with ad-hoc requests throughout service
Communicating with security when a customer is drinking from a personal bottle, getting exceptionally rowdy, acting inappropriately or when they suspect someone is underage
